Sign For Life
We're urging lovers of the beautiful game to think about organ donation - and be inspired by their club's support to join the Organ Donor Register and to share their decision with friends and family.
This year we are running a nationwide campaign, supported by football and rugby clubs, sports charities and other organisations, asking fans to sign up to the NHS Organ Donor Register and help save lives.
Football is our national sport and we hope to harness the passion fans have for the game and for their team through this campaign to offer hope to all those who are waiting for a transplant.
